With a very specific idea about how their kitchen should look, the owner’s main requirement was a simple, clean design.

When Creative Kitchens were called in to design this kitchen, interior designer Jordan immediately suggested Blum Servo Drive – push to open motorised drawers and push catches for all cupboards and drawers. This would negate the need for handles, giving the kitchen a clean, sleek look.

With the constant pressing required to open and close drawers and cupboards, a durable, hardwearing material was required for the cabinetry. Jordan recommended Dezignateks Thermoformed Foil as the ideal material, with a gloss finish adding to the overall sleek design of the kitchen.

Inspired by the blue on the Creative Kitchen’s show room kitchen, blue painted glass was added for the splash back and on selected cabinetry doors within aluminium frames.

A Linen stainless steel bench top provides not only a heat resistant work surface around the cooking area, but also breaks up the expanse of white bench top, adding an element of interest.

The stunning white bench top is a Quartz composite stone called Pure White, and adds to the overall clean and uncluttered look and feel of this kitchen.
